- Great experience. We tasted a variety of foods, some I had never heard of, and in places that I had walked past without knowing what's behind those doors. Raj was very knowledgeable, chatty and entertaining. I highly recommend doing this tour if you enjoy Indian food.

- Raj's tour was fantastic - he turned Brick Lane on its head for us, avoiding the deal touts, and taking us into hidden delights, sampling food from different parts of India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. It left us with a much better appreciation of the diversity of cuisine out there. No more chicken tikkas for me!

- My husband and I had a tour with Raj last Friday. It was excellent. We eat a lot and know a bit about Indian cooking. And, we still learned a lot. Raj gives good detail about the area, history and the food itself. Now to the food. Yum. Really yum. Better yet, we were introduced to foods and different curries we hadn't yet tried. This really was wonderful. I think Raj does a good job at assessing what will be useful to the group and spends just enough time introducing you to it, letting you eat it, and moving you to the next delicious course. All in all, there are five courses plus a stop at the 'little sugary seeds that you eat after a meal' shop.Sorry Raj, can't remember what you called them...Baan perhaps. Anyhow, it's a great three hour walking feast that will change the way you order in the future. Thanks so much Raj. A great evening out well worth the money.

- Really great. Good value, Raj is a lovely host and I tried a lot of new foods, including sweets, pancakes, paan (fragrant spices wrapped in a leaf!), and I finally feel I know which restaurants to go in on Brick Lane! Highly recommended.
